We provide a wide range of telecare, or Assistive Technology services to our customers. Our services range from triage and assessment of needs, to product supply, installation, service and maintenance, collection, recycling, monitoring and response.
Effective use of telecare can improve Service Users’ quality of life, as well as that of their families and carers. It can also reduce costs for Commissioners and reduce or delay hospital admissions and Care Home admissions.
We work with Commissioners to share our experience in what really works in Telecare services. We start from the point of Service Users’ needs and how we can help Referrers, Commissioners and Departments focus on the areas that make the biggest positive difference to outcomes and budgets.
