Meet Harriet, a customer Service Advisor at our Buckinghamshire Service centre, Harriet has been with NRS Healthcare since September 2015.
Q. What attracted you to join NRS as a Customer Service Advisor? - As I had worked for the NHS previously, I was placed with NRS through an agency, I had heard about what you do as my father had equipment from you.
Q. What do you find most challenging about your job? - Meeting targets and deadlines sometimes as my job involves a lot of phone work and can take time to deal with due to client’s needs, this can put me behind sometimes but the client always comes first.
Q. What do you find most rewarding about your job? - Speaking to clients and knowing that we have made a difference to their lives and wellbeing, also building a rapport with care homes, our reputation is important and it’s nice to hear feedback from them.
Q. If someone was considering joining NRS what would you say to them? - It’s a good company and makes a lot of difference to people’s lives and wellbeing. The Company gives you lots of opportunity for training and learning new things, it’s a job that makes me feel happy knowing that you’ve made a difference.
