    Q. What attracted you to join NRS as a Driver Technician? - I was looking for a new career opportunity and NRS felt right and I knew it would be rewarding helping elderly and disabled people in the community.

    Q. What do you find most challenging about your job? - Seeing people that are less fortunate and unfortunately suffering with severe illnesses.

    Q. What do you find most rewarding about your job? - Knowing that I have made a difference to somebody’s day and being able to install equipment that will give them a better quality of life and independence.

    Q. If someone was considering joining NRS what would you say to them? - It is a challenging job but that is outweighed by the reward of knowing you have helped somebody.

    Meet Harriet, a customer Service Advisor at our Buckinghamshire Service centre, Harriet has been with NRS Healthcare since September 2015.

    Q. What attracted you to join NRS as a Customer Service Advisor? - As I had worked for the NHS previously, I was placed with NRS through an agency, I had heard about what you do as my father had equipment from you.

    Q. What do you find most challenging about your job? - Meeting targets and deadlines sometimes as my job involves a lot of phone work and can take time to deal with due to client’s needs, this can put me behind sometimes but the client always comes first.

    Q. What do you find most rewarding about your job? - Speaking to clients and knowing that we have made a difference to their lives and wellbeing, also building a rapport with care homes, our reputation is important and it’s nice to hear feedback from them.

    Q. If someone was considering joining NRS what would you say to them? - It’s a good company and makes a lot of difference to people’s lives and wellbeing. The Company gives you lots of opportunity for training and learning new things, it’s a job that makes me feel happy knowing that you’ve made a difference.

    Meet Christopher, a Warehouse Operative at our Buckinghamshire Service Centre, Christopher has been with NRS Healthcare since December 2016.

    Q. What attracted you to joining NRS Healthcare as a Warehouse Operative? - I generally love warehouse work but knowing I would be a part of the link to helping people in need, that is what makes the job extra special.

    Q. What do you find most challenging about your job? - Keeping to a plan. Every day is different, which I love, but spontaneity is key with juggling different tasks. It keeps me on my toes though.

    Q. What do you find the most rewarding about your job? - Like I said before, being a part of that link to helping people in need is rewarding for me.

    Q. If someone was considering joining NRS Healthcare what would you say to them? - I enjoy my work so I would have nothing negative to say. I love the work and the people who I work with. I think they would enjoy it but only if you are hard working.

    Meet Graham, a Paediatric Technician at our Huntingdon Service Centre, Graham has been with NRS Healthcare since January 2008.

    Q. What attracted you to joining NRS Healthcare as a Paediatric Technician? - I was originally a Driver Technician and moved to move current role. I wanted to help children who are less fortunate, providing equipment that can improve their day to day living.

    Q. What do you find most challenging about your job? - Work load can sometimes be challenging.

    Q. What do you find the most rewarding about your job? - Knowing that the equipment will help children in the community.

    Q. If someone was considering joining NRS Healthcare what would you say to them? - Good job with plenty of chance to improve yourself and get promoted.
