Ensuring equipment remains safe

Our dedicated service engineers provide planned servicing, testing and maintenance plus a reactive and emergency repair service.

Maintenance

Our customer service teams contact all service users to arrange a convenient date and time for our Service Engineers to visit and complete planned servicing, testing and maintenance. We also liaise with carers, families, and healthcare professionals so service users’ needs are fully considered and appropriate arrangements made to complete a successful visit first time.

We give service users an accurate time of arrival and carry out all maintenance in one visit.

Reactive and emergency repairs

We provide a reactive and emergency equipment repair service giving service users peace of mind that if something does go wrong, we are there to help 24 hours a day, 7 days week.

We operate a specialised vehicle fleet with workshop facilities on board, fully equipped with a wide range of tools, spare parts, accessories and work instructions. This means we fix most repairs on site first time.
