All our projects and contracts will have a designated, professional manager. This will mean one key contact for yourselves, who has responsibility for meeting your needs and making sure you get what you want, when you need it.

EFFICIENT ADMINISTRATION

Every project is supported by an administrator, or team. This makes sure everything works efficiently, and our OTs can focus on their clinical work.

QUALITY CONTROL AND GOVERNANCE

We will work with you to set up all projects and contracts with clear processes, systems and quality controls. Every report will be checked prior to submission, and we will provide you with clear reports of progress, activity and plans as well as outcomes.

REGULAR REVIEWS

We will work with you to regularly review progress and outcomes to make sure you are happy the project is on track and achieving your aims.

CLEAR PRICING

We will agree clear pricing with you to ensure you know the cost of the work, and keep you updated of spend against progress, so you know what you are spending at all times.

PROFESSIONALISM

Because we directly employ most of our team, we have a real understanding of their skills and capabilities, and we ensure they are all regularly trained, developed and their CPD maintained. All NRS staff adhere to our company policies and culture. They will all act in a professional manner, respecting equality and diversity and working in an efficient way to best practice standards.

CLINICAL GOVERNANCE

Our team are covered by and adhere to our robust Clinical Governance Policy. This policy includes continuous professional development, specialist training, clinical supervision and all HR policies. As our staff are employed and not associates we ensure this is update and monitored through regular supervision, customer feedback and appraisals.

SAFEGUARDING

Our Clinical Services Lead is the NRS Designated Safeguarding officer and as such we have robust and up to date Safeguarding Policies for Adults and Children. All our staff are trained in the latest Safeguarding practices.
