NRS Healthcare recognises the vital role that equipment plays in maintaining an individual’s independence. It is therefore critical that all equipment issued must be thoroughly inspected and tested as fit for purpose and is provided in full working order.
Before any equipment is delivered to a Service User, our engineers ensure it is inspected, tested, repaired if necessary and certificated according to the relevant legislative requirements.
NRS Healthcare has in each Service Centre the facilities necessary to examine, test, repair and maintain community equipment to the highest standards. Our engineers receive regular training from manufacturers of equipment and are all time served professionals.
All lifting equipment supplied that relates to the LOLER 1998 Regulations undergoes a Commissioning Check to insure it is correctly installed, sited and demonstrated.
All electrical equipment receives a Portable Appliance Test (PAT) as standard.
All equipment which we deliver has as a minimum a one year warranty.
