Our experienced Product Sourcing Team is made up of a centrally based team of Product Specialists/Managers, supported by Occupational Therapists and Quality Engineers. Their role is to secure the best value products to meet ICES Tender specifications; taking into consideration Service Users needs, whole life costs, recyclability and surety of the supply chain.
Working with Clinicians and Commissioners, our team determine the optimum final contract product list prior to contract launch and provide information on alternative products to meet specific clinical or financial objectives, once the contract is in progress.
The Product Managers also select and manage the Product Range for our own NRS Catalogue based on their extensive product/market knowledge and they regularly attend both National and International Trade Shows seeking new and innovative products. They work closely with the Product Design Team to bring improved and innovative products to market.
