NRS Healthcare believes that the implementation phase is not the end of the contracting process but the start of a journey towards long term partnership.

We view all contracts the same way (whether we are incumbent service provider or are to become a new service provider) treating the implementation project as a joint activity with Commissioners and all local stakeholders as a brand new launch of the service. This ensures that we invest resources and have a logical plan to guarantee smooth and seamless transition.

NRS has implemented more than 25 ICES contracts over the past 10 years and has the capability and experience to plan and effectively deliver new contracts on time and to budget. Our implementation processes conform to PRINCE II project management principles and techniques maintaining a “lessons learnt” audit trail on all new services so that we can improve our processes each time.

NRS has the largest base of management talent within the industry to ensure that contract mobilisation can be over resourced and supported throughout the period from award to on-going sustainable operations.
