NRS Healthcare has in place a full suite of processes, policies and procedures which in turn enable us to deliver consistently high quality services across our portfolio of contracts.
Our Standard Operating Procedures are a series of documents which describe the regularly recurring operations relevant to the quality of the operations. The purpose of a SOP is to ensure our team always carry out operations correctly and always in the same manner and include detailed written instructions to achieve uniformity of the performance of a specific function. They provide consistent processes and procedures with defined responsibilities, giving customer satisfaction by exceeding customer expectation through continuous improvement.
The effectiveness of our policies, processes and procedures is monitored through internal audit, regular management board review and through the use of departmental key performance indicators (KPI’s). The measurement of performance against agreed quality objectives demonstrates how processes are performing and the sharing of best practice across all contracts keeps our service provision fresh and relevant.
