NRS Healthcare firmly believes in operating locally from purpose designed Service Centres that are staffed by local people who understand and are responsive to local issues and initiatives. We hold the view that for us to develop an ongoing partnership with the Commissioners of our services, and to encourage prescriber and service user participation that drives continuous improvement, a fully functional contract specific Service Centre is a given.

Our locally based Operations Team is responsible for service delivery including:

  • Warehousing
  • Cleaning, Decontamination and Infection Control
  • Repairs and Testing
  • Quality Assurance
  • Distribution (deliveries and  collections)

NRS Healthcare employs sufficient suitably qualified and competent staff to provide each aspect of the Service in full, with sufficient capacity built into our structure to cover peaks in activity, holidays and absence.

All staff have appropriate experience, expertise and qualifications relevant to their role in order to undertake the task required of them.

The local team is supported by a flat and responsive management structure, which enables decisions to be made quickly in support of continuous improvement over the lifetime of the contract.
